Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers and currently has all daytime shifts available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area. Schedules: Day and Evening – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour depending on experience What We Offer: * PTO (paid time off) + Sick Pay + Appreciation Days * Weekly Pay * Training and Free Continuing Education credits * Flexible hours * Mileage Reimbursement (on the job) Position Responsibilities: * Develop strong relationships with clients * Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs * Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for client’s home * Transportation to appointments and shopping/errands * Companionship and supervision Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification * Previous CNA and senior care experience * Must be at least 18 years old * Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire * Work authorization required * Maintain current state driver’s license and dependable insured automobile * Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families Apply today through the link or contact us at 206-922-3795!
