    **Title:** Power BI Analyst

    **Location:** St. Paul, MN

    **Duration:** 6 Months | 100% Onsite

    **Pay Range** **:** $63/ hr to $66/ hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a **“IT Business Analyst (Power BI Analyst)** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

    Position Summary:

    Seeking a **Power BI Analyst** to join a Scrum team, responsible for designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role supports data-driven decision-making through effective data visualization, reporting, and analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements

    + Define ETL processes and data transformation needs

    + Document user stories using Agile tools like Microsoft DevOps or JIRA

    + Work closely with BI architects and engineers

    + Attend Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement

    + Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels

    + Support end users and engineers with help desk tickets

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience as a BI or Power BI Analyst

    + Proficiency with Power BI and data warehousing concepts

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

    + Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)

    + Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    Work Breakdown:

    + 40% – Requirements gathering

    + 20% – Documenting user stories

    + 10% – ETL process documentation

    + 10% – Agile meetings

    + 10% – End-user and engineering support

    + 10% – Testing and architectural reviews

    General Business Analyst Duties:

    + Analyze, document, and recommend improvements for business processes

    + Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between business and technical teams

    + Develop process flows, test plans, and support validation activities

    + Provide ongoing support for applications and system enhancements

    + Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal policies

    + Support QMS, EMS, and other regulatory initiatives
