What you will do -
•As the Detailed Production Scheduler you will maintain and manage the execution of the Daily Production Schedule to support the Supply Plan and production targets. You will assist operational leadership to ensure capacity constraints and operation scheduling problems are identified, communicated and resolved in a timely enough manner to meet or exceed productivity goals (Schedule Attainment, Product Availability, and Backorder).
Additional responsibilities:
+ Maintain the daily production schedule
+ Partner with Supply Planning and Manufacturing personnel to ensure daily production schedule supports the Supply Plan and production targets
+ Ensure accuracy of the projected capacity requirements from the detailed capacity plan
+ Maintain work order dates in alignment with projected stocking of Finished Goods
+ Be responsible for daily monitoring of the Production Schedule and Work Order maintenance that supports the Supply Plan
+ Assist the Production Team Leader in resolving identified production problems which could result in new build rates and completion due dates
+ Participate with the production and supporting departments in the Detailed Production Schedule meetings to analyze labor, machine, material constrains affecting the production schedule and supply plan attainment
+ Provide timely corrective action to ensure that available capacity will support customer requirements and maintain established productivity goals. If corrective action is not possible, reports that situation to the Supply Planner
+ Coordinate with the Buyer(s) to expedite material requirements through the supply chain as needed
+ Assist with the review and communication of finished goods and service backorder
+ Print and maintain production work orders in alignment with the Supply Plan and production targets
+ Attend and participate in recurring scheduled meetings (Tiers, Problems solving etc.)
+ Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials, aligned with production released specifications
+ Support Change Management and quality requirements. Including changes orders, change details, non-conformances and corrective actions
What you need-
+ B.B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience will be considered
+ Degree in business, engineering or supply chain management field - highly preferred
+ 3+ years of relevant experience - highly preferred
+ AS400/SAP experience - highly preferred
+ Excel experience - highly preferred
+ APICS or other related Certification - preferred
+ Previous materials/inventory experience - preferred
