    Talent Acquisition Director

     

    As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals for the Advanced Materials business unit. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and executives to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. You will lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Additionally, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Your leadership and guidance will empower our recruitment team to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional results. Through your strategic approach, you will drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to effectively navigate the talent market and attract top talent to Honeywell.

     

    You will report directly to our CRHO and you will work out of Morris Plains, New Jersey on a hybrid work schedule.

    The annual base salary range for this position is <$202,000 - $252,000> . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals

    • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates

    • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers

    • Continuously improve recruitment processes through the use of technology and data analytics

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition leadership

    • Experience managing a team or organization in Talent Acquisition

    • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices

    • Experience leading and mentoring a team of talent acquisition professionals

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
