We’re searching for aDirector of Primary Careto join our dynamic leadership group — someone ready to take ownership of clinic performance, guide high-functioning teams, and drive results in a value-based care environment. + Clinic Excellence: Lead a growing portfolio of primary care clinics, responsible for profit and loss, quality outcomes, and the patient experience.

+ Team Leadership: Supervise clinic administrators. Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and joy in work.

+ Strategic Integration: Align your clinics with corporate goals, focus on region-specific initiatives, and deploy change that sticks.

+ Recruitment & Growth: Attract top provider talent and scale services to meet patient and community needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must-Haves

+ Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration (or be a licensed healthcare professional with management experience).

+ 5+ years’ experience leading clinic operations and teams.

+ Proven track record in clinic or healthcare leadership, including budget oversight and organizational development.

General Physical Requirements

Physical Demands

+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

+ Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying recruitment materials or supplies).

+ Regular use of hands and fingers for typing, handling paperwork, and other office tasks.

+ Ability to travel to recruitment events, partner institutions, or clinic locations as needed (up to 10-20% of the time).

Work Environment

+ Primarily a standard office environment with minimal noise levels.

+ May occasionally work in off-site settings, such as recruitment fairs, universities, or clinical settings.
