Position Description

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at our office in Tallahassee, Florida. As a trusted legal advisor within our organization, this role requires a strong background in reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contract provisions, a deep understanding of the Driver&'s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and DMV-specific legislation, and the ability to navigate legal matters with precision and expertise. Responsibilities include:- Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and contract provisions to protect the best interests of the company.- Provide legal guidance and support on various business transactions and agreements.- Ensure compliance with the Driver&'s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and DMV-specific legislation.- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues affecting the company.

Training

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school~^~Active license to practice law in the state of Florida~^~Prefer 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in an in-house legal department~^~Proficient knowledge of NDAs, contract law, the Driver&'s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and DMV-specific legislation~^~Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills~^~Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
