    What You’ll Do:

    + Keep commercial facilities safe, efficient, and in top shape by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

    + Perform general building repairs including lighting, roofing, flooring, and fixtures

    + Complete scheduled and emergency maintenance requests like a pro

    + Use your expertise to prevent downtime and maximize equipment life

    + Respond quickly to service calls and support after-hours needs when required

    + Partner with site managers and clients to ensure smooth, safe operations

    + Maintain strong records, comply with all safety regulations, and bring a can-do attitude every day

    What You Bring:

    + **4+ years of commercial maintenance or building engineering experience**

    + Universal EPA Certification (CFC)

    + Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

    + Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

    + Ability to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, and troubleshoot like a champ

    + Professionalism, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way

    **Pay Details:** $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
