Position Summary
General Summary/Responsibilities:
Premier Community Health, a division within Fidelity Health Care, provides comprehensive health and wellness services to community and employer worksites. As a member of our screening team, this position requires travel to various sites in Southwest Ohio for health and wellness events. The greeter is the very first point of contact for interaction with community participants, and represents the initial “face” of Premier Community Health. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Quick critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential to this role, as the greeter is responsible for maintaining event flow and constructively handling unanticipated related issues. Candidate should have solid teamwork collaboration strengths, and possess a desire for continued professional growth. Candidate’s position will be finalized pending successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

participants with necessary information regarding the screening process
• Transports
and stores screening equipment and supplies to and from event sites as needed
• Works
with other members of the screening team to ensure events run smoothly
• Sets
up and breaks down equipment and supplies in assigned work area in a timely and organized fashion
• Assists
other team members with set up and breakdown of events as needed
• Assists
participants with necessary paperwork for health/wellness activities
• Monitors
event flow and makes changes if needed to ensure that events proceed smoothly
• Attends
staff meetings regularly
• Participates
in continuing education related to the greeter position
• Maintains
professionalism that reflects Premier Community Health’s standards for
excellent service.
