    Join our IT-Client Services team as a Technical Project Coordinator and make a real impact in healthcare. We're seeking a self-motivated individual to oversee special projects and ensure data accuracy for our clients. You'll communicate effectively with internal and external teams, including R1 Operations, technical teams, leadership, and clients. Collaborate with report writers and developers to address file issues and enhancements, ensuring smooth daily file processing. You'll also test and resolve issues within the R1 RCM technology suite and identify performance improvement opportunities. Drive results for our customers and help them invest more in patient care, while growing your career with us.The Technical Project Coordinator will report to the Manager of IT-Client Services.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Project Oversight:** Oversee special projects and identify data errors for existing clients, ensuring high data integrity and project success.

    + **Communication:** Facilitate effective communication with internal/external teams and technical/non-technical teams

    + **Client Collaboration:** Collaborate with client report writers and developers during file issues and enhancements, which includes file development, quality assurance, and the enablement of daily file processing.

    + **Issue Resolution** : Test and identify issues within the tool suite and manage these issues to resolution across the R1 RCM technology suite.

    + **Performance Improvement:** Identify potential performance improvement opportunities or best practices. Make recommendations to clients on how to integrate new functionality and best practices into their current workflow.

    + **Data Exchange Coordination:** Coordinate the enablement of data exchange platforms, including HL7 interfaces, FTP connections, and batch file jobs.

    + **Meeting Efficiency:** Maintain the efficiency of all scheduled program meetings and drive the closure of development and system problem reports.

    + **Continuous Improvement:** Continuously seek and recommend potential performance improvements or best practices to clients.

    Required Skills:

    + 2-4 years of technology implementation experience with at least 1 year in a healthcare environment implementing patient accounting systems, registration applications or claim scrubbing tools.

    + Comfort with MS SQL database (select statements and joins) and Microsoft Azure/Databricks

    + Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a technical or healthcare setting.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

    + Experience with data exchange platforms such as HL7 and FTP

    + The keen ability to think outside of the box and manage project demands in a rapidly changing environment.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
