    Who You Are

    As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, RevTech, you are a systems-oriented, strategic thinker with deep expertise in revenue technology. You thrive at the intersection of Technology and Revenue and are passionate about transforming operations through scalable tooling, automations and data cohesion. You understand that revenue technology is more than system administration–it’s about shaping and executing a forward-looking tech strategy that directly enables growth.

     

    In this role, you’ll lead the architecture and ongoing management of Justworks’ revenue technology stack, acting as a bridge between RevOps and the broader Technology and Product organizations. You’ll own the evaluation, implementation and governance of systems that support Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and more. You’ll ensure the revenue tech stack is integrated, future-proofed and strategically aligned with business objectives.

     

    As the primary liaison between internal departments, you will lead a small but high-impact team of system administrators, integration specialists and AI analysts to bring our RevOps stack to life.

    What You Will Work On Strategic & Execution

    + Develop and execute a scalable revenue technology strategy aligned with Justworks' go-to-market objectives and operational priorities

    + Serve as the primary partner to internal Technology and Product teams on all RevOps tooling architecture, integration, and infrastructure initiatives

    + Proactively identify areas where our systems can evolve to better support the customer journey, improve internal productivity, or unlock new capabilities

    Tooling & Vendor Management

    + Own our end-to-end revenue tech stack, including tools for CRM, sales performance, customer retention, partner and risk operations, etc.

    + Lead vendor management and support contract negotiations in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Procurement

    + Regularly evaluate tools against current and future business needs—identifying consolidation opportunities, usage gaps, and ROI improvements

    Innovation & Enablement

    + Assess and pilot AI and automation technologies that enhance the productivity of revenue teams (e.g., AI-assisted routing, forecasting, or enrichment)

    + Ensure systems are integrated, adopted, and configured in a way that supports scale, speed, and visibility across the customer lifecycle

    + Partner with Enablement and field leadership to ensure tooling enhancements are rolled out with clarity and consistency

    Team Leadership

    + Manage a high-performing team responsible for administering, integrating, and enhancing Justworks' revenue systems

    + Lead day-to-day prioritization, roadmapping, and delivery across the RevTech function

    + Foster a collaborative culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning

    Qualifications

    + 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a related revenue technology function at a SaaS company

    + Deep expertise in system ownership, vendor management, and tooling strategy across go-to-market functions

    + Demonstrated experience leading tooling evaluations, implementations, and system integrations

    + Understanding of AI/ML capabilities and their practical application in GTM systems

    + Proven ability to manage and mentor teams of administrators, specialists, and automation experts

    + Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working closely with leadership, Product, Engineering, and Enablement

     

    The base wage range for this position is targeted at $175,500 - $201,825 in our New York City office. Final offers may vary from those listed.

    Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
