    The ideal candidate should have at least one year of customer service experience\. Experience in a hotel setting and working overnight shifts is strongly preferred\.

     

    **Shift Pattern** : typical shift is 11 pm to 7:30 am, weekends and holidays are required

    **The pay range** : $25 to $26 per houris based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.

     

    What will I be doing?

     

    As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing late arrivals, guest's requests, the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

     

    + Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage

    + Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists

    + Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members

    + Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

    + Assist Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests\.

    + Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\.

    + Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations\.

    + Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions

     

    What are we looking for?

     

    + Previous Experience in Hotel/Front Desk preferred

    + Night Auditor Experience is a plus\!
