    Salary- 185k-195k/yr

    Position Overview

    We are seeking experienced **Network Engineers** to join our dynamic, technology-driven program supporting a high-impact IT infrastructure project. This role focuses on transport network services and service provider architecture, requiring deep technical knowledge and strong leadership capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver **transport services** as part of an enterprise-scale network engineering team

    + Design and engineer **MPLS/BGP** transport networks across complex environments

    + Lead development of **Service Provider core and edge technologies**

    + Translate technical requirements into **enterprise-class network solutions**

    + Drive integration efforts between **service provider networks** , including IP peering

    + Perform upgrades and manage **Tier 4 network operations and maintenance**

    + Troubleshoot and optimize across multi-vendor environments ( **Cisco, Juniper** , etc.)

    + Configure and manage devices running **IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and JUNOS**

    Required Education & Experience

    + **Minimum of 11 years of network engineering experience**

    + **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in a relevant technical discipline (preferred)

    + Expert-level understanding of routing protocols: **OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS**

    + Demonstrated ability to **lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers**

    + In-depth knowledge of **modern service provider architecture and protocols**

    + Proven ability to manage **network architecture, implementation, and integration**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with **Intelligence Community** or similar high-security environments

    + Broad exposure to **network technologies, design concepts** , and vendor ecosystems

    + Hands-on experience with **cloud integration** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle)

    + Familiarity with **network automation** tools and practices:

    + **Cisco NSO** , **Ansible** , **Python**

    + **Continuous Integration** and **Test Automation** methods
