Part-Time Onsite Sales & Studio Manager

DivaDance 606 Chicago is seeking a responsible, people-focused Onsite Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and drive membership sales during our weekly adult dance classes at our Logan Square location.
Key Responsibilities
+ Team Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of 4–5 client experience staff, helping them build confidence in consultative sales techniques.
+ Sales & Membership Growth: Engage with class attendees to understand their goals and promote DivaDance membership options tailored to their needs.
+ Client Onboarding: Welcome new members, explain membership benefits, and ensure they're set up for success.
+ Studio Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the studio for each class and ensuring smooth class flow.
+ Social Media Support: Capture and post content during class sessions in alignment with brand guidelines.
+ Client Experience Monitoring: Observe and provide feedback on class quality and participant satisfaction.
+ Community Engagement: Organize at least 1 DivaDate per month to enable clients to build relationships outside of class.
Qualifications
+ Available during our class times Sunday-Thursday at 6pm and Saturdays at 11am
+ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based services strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.
+ Highly organized, punctual, and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
+ Must be available for evening and/or weekend shifts based on the class schedule.
+ Must be comfortable using technology, including point-of-sale systems and social media apps.
