    The Opportunity:

The Department of Defense (DoD) is implementing a strategic shift toward fully integrated, multidomain operations (MDO) to maintain decision superiority, operational agility, and technological overmatch in contested environments. To this end, the Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) contract seeks to advance technologies and modernize capabilities to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration. COBRA provides a broad range of services for the advancement of integrated communications, networking, and SoS technologies within the DoD and its interagency mission partner.

One of the programs supported by COBRA is the U.S. Marine Corps Executive Communications Program and Senior Leader Communications System (HQMC Comms). HQMC Comms is the technical executive arm of the Presidential Policy Directive 40 requirements supporting Marine Corps and Naval Senior Leaders. + Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to USMC leadership and IT teams

+ Stay current with emerging threats and cutting-edge security technologies

+ Develop and deliver security awareness training for senior leaders and staff

    Travel Flexibility:

The selected candidate will be required to perform work at various locations, including Quantico, Pentagon, and Washington Naval Yard. The role demands flexibility and the ability to travel between these sites as needed to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.

    Qualifications:
