    Please review the following job description:

    •​​Manage teammates that are responsible for working any identified corrections or missing documents found during the initial retail non-government loan review and ensure all recorded documents and final title policies are obtained and reviewed within determined service loan agreements (SLA) for both retail and correspondent production. Manage offshore vendor and multiple processes with responsibility of 25+ teammates.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

     

    •​​1. Uses reporting from Loan Origination System to document and manage teammate production.   Monitor pipeline to manage aging and strategize the optimal way for department to obtain outstanding documents and corrections.

    •2. Provide regularly scheduled feedback to managers and teammates utilizing clear metrics and well established goals.

    •3. Maintains a strong working relationship with fulfillment centers, correspondent lenders, settlement agents and Vendor Management.

    •4. Ensure all investor requests for documentation are completed within service level agreements (SLA) and quality is maintained.

    •5. Ensure all policy and procedures owned by the Post Closing document teams are maintained and current. Any process changes are updated within Policy and Procedure Manager (PPM) with guidance from Legal and Compliance

    •6. Maintain strong control environment to ensure process and procedures in line with Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley oversight

    •7. Coordinate feedback of findings to fulfillment centers and Correspondent Lenders. Develop and manage strong communication and timely reporting for Vendor Management, senior leadership, audit, examiners, Note custodian and Capital Markets.

    •8. Responsible for planning/capacity to ensure no impacts to SLA's, client and investor & regulatory requirements while adjusting to market fluctuations in the industry.

    •9. Develop and establish goals for department and set protocols in place to ensure these goals are met.

    •10. Ensure proper staffing requirements within areas of responsibility are met and that all associates are properly trained.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.

    2. Five years Post Closing or comparable mortgage experience.

    3. Three years mortgage management experience.

    4. Strategic thinking and analytical skill strength.

    5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    6. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

    7. Strong industry-related regulatory and legal knowledge
