South Wing 5** **offers elbow-to-elbow support and comes fully equipped to help you do what YOU do best, provide for our patients!

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

+ South Wing 5 is a dedicated, growing team, with an engaged Manager, committed to the professional growth and development of her team, and dedicated to patient experience.

+ Providing care for the adult patient population with 32 beds, primarily surgical and trauma with medical intercare overflow.

+ This unit offers participation in nurse driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.

SCHEDULE:

+ **Part-time (32 hours), day shift**

+ **12-hour shifts**

+ Every other weekend and rotating holidays

+ Wesson 3

+ Baystate Medical Center- Springfield, MA

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Licensed as a LPN in the state of Massachusetts

+ Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification

OUR COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
