Position Overview:
Responsible for leading the planning and coordination of quality improvement initiatives, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This individual will collaborate with quality and performance improvement professionals and key stakeholders in planning, designing and executing key projects with direction by the Quality Director. The individual will be responsible for keeping the team and stakeholders informed of the progress related to the project.
Position Highlights:
+ Starting Rate: $32.75 + per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Works with the Director to plan and organize performance improvement processes.
Has detailed understanding and can skillfully use the techniques of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
Provides support in data collection, policy and protocol implementations, and a liaison to the clinical management team.
With direction of the Director and of the needs of the organization, they will facilitate quality improvement activities, provide project oversight, collect data and measure outcomes, and will report out findings to the Quality Director.
Assists in the implementation of organizational and unit-based care improvement projects.
Assists the Education Department in developing information needed to help facilitate projects.
Reports any gaps noted in patient care processes.
Qualifications:
Active RN Licensed in the State of NC
Five years of work experience in clinical healthcare, two years of progressive responsibility
Preferred:
BSN
Process Improvement experience
Experience in acute setting
