    Our client, a dynamic player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Healthcare Network Provider Manager to join their team. As a Healthcare Network Provider Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the development of a provider network in Montana. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Analyze, review, and project financial impacts of network arrangements.

    + Develop and maintain cost-efficient networks while identifying areas for greater efficiency.

    + Implement reimbursement strategies designed to control healthcare costs.

    + Formulate, analyze, coordinate, and negotiate contracts with provider networks.

    + Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders to maintain provider satisfaction.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 6 years of experience in provider contract/network management or relevant fields.

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

    + **Proven experience in building a new network in a new market.**

    + Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems, including Medicare and regulatory knowledge.

    + **Able to travel or relocate to Montana**

    + Strong skills in negotiation and contract management.
