Description
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Dallas, Oregon. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage complex accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise and a strong ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Use advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide support during audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting software systems.
• Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with cash flow analysis and budget preparation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with ADP Financial Services and Great Plains is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
