Description

We are looking for a skilled Leasing Paralegal to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position requires expertise in preparing and reviewing lease-related legal documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare retail lease agreements, amendments, consents, and letter agreements for attorney review.

• Conduct title searches and review site plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Communicate deadlines and identify potential conflicts to attorneys and relevant team members.

• Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation and civil litigation matters.

• Manage discovery processes and maintain case documentation using case management software.

• Ensure lease contracts and related documents align with commercial real estate regulations.

• Assist with litigation tasks related to lease agreements and disputes.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline lease documentation processes.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on leasing or commercial real estate.

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery processes, and trial preparation.

• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle deadlines and conflicts.

• Ability to analyze title searches and site plans with attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of commercial real estate regulations and leasing practices.
