    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves managing invoice processing, coding, and payment activities to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy in coding and data entry.

    • Perform check runs and reconcile accounts payable transactions.

    • Verify and code invoices in compliance with company standards.

    • Maintain detailed records of invoice processing and payment activities.

    • Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable workflows.

    • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

    • Monitor and report on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow accuracy.

    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

    • Strong understanding of invoice coding and payment processing.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

    • Familiarity with financial policies and procedures.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
