The H-60 FMS Supply Support Logistic Analyst shall perform various tasks related to the acquisition and sustainment of the MH-60R aircraft and related weapons systems.
Responsibilities
+ Description:
+ Directly liaise with NAVSUP USG Country Program Team, DLA, NAVAIR, Lakehurst Support and Test Equipment Team and other DoD agencies to ensure Foreign Military Sales supply support is provided on the MH-60R weapons systems.
+ Attend conferences, meetings, user groups, demonstrations, symposiums and briefings as a Royal Australian Navy MH-60R FMS representative as required.
+ Research and resolve general requisition inquiries including but not limited to the status, acquisition advice codes, technical information, DLA delivery delays and additional funding requests.
+ Monitor and track all aspects of requisitions with particular focus on Aircraft on Ground to include high priority, operational, and high value requisitions through NAVSUP to/from freight forwarder in support of the Royal Australian Navy FMS funding cases.
+ Gain access to perform and develop specialist knowledge in the use of all NAVSUP N52 IT systems that are required to be used while conducting FMS business utilizing the USG NMCI Laptop. IT systems including but not limited to: SCIP, FedMall, Information Warehouse, SNS SharePoint, Teams, WEBFLIS, WebROR, and MISIL.
+ Investigate misdirected and held shipping consignments through appropriate agencies, follow up and provide advice to DHL for redirection of shipping consignments. Raise Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) against freight where consignments are misdirected, held, lost or missing paperwork.
+ Monitor, investigate and advise on routine requisition reports received, highlighting any supply delays on all shipping priorities to the Australian Government Freight Forwarder (AGFF). Maintain the freight priority database and follow up ensuring all shipping priorities are adhered to by DHL and documented in DHL Link.
+ Assist NAVSUP USG Country Program Team in supporting and training new FMS Security Assistance Foreign Representative (SAFR) posted to NAVSUP RAN MH-60R SAFR Office.
+ Assist in keeping financial records aligned with SAFR operational requirements and performance.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe Acrobat software.
Qualifications
+ Education / Certifications:
+ A Journeyman level person within a labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently. 6 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience maybe substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
+ Experience:
+ At least five (5) years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition, sustainment, or operational logistics management experience.
+ Skills & Technology Used:
+ Expert-level use of Microsoft Office Suite Applications
+ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
+ Effective written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
