    Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    The Senior Teammate Relations Specialist serves as a strategic and trusted advisor, supporting multiple functional areas across the organization. This role is responsible for managing complex Teammate relations cases, fostering a positive workplace environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. As a key partner to HR Business Partners, Legal, and leadership teams, the Sr. Specialist plays a critical role in risk mitigation and building a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide guidance on Teammate relations matters across multiple departments, including performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.

    + Lead investigations into Teammate complaints and concerns, including allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, conflict of interest, or policy violations, ensuring timely, thorough, and impartial resolution.

    + Coach and support managers and leaders in handling Teammate issues with empathy, consistency, and compliance.

    + Lead sessions facilitating onboarding of new Teammates.

    + Support Teammates through offboarding procedures.

    + Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership to assess risk and recommend appropriate action plans.

    + Identify trends, analyze data, and propose proactive initiatives to address root causes of Teammate relations issues.

    + Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote fair and consistent treatment of Teammate.

    + Deliver training or informational sessions for leaders and Teammate on topics such as workplace behavior, performance management, and conflict resolution.

    + Maintain detailed, confidential records of Teammate relations activities and support compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

    + Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications

    Required

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

    + 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Teammate relations, including case management, investigations, onboarding and offboarding.

    + In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace regulatory frameworks (e.g., Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

    + Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment

    + Experience supporting multiple business functions or working in a matrixed organization
