    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

     

    Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a strong Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility.

    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure quality care, resident satisfaction, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    + Maintain facility licensure and certification by ensuring standards of care required by local, state, and federal regulations are met.

    + Lead, develop, and retain department heads and staff; establish performance goals and conduct evaluations.

    + Manage facility budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality of care.

    + Serve as the primary liaison with residents, families, medical staff, and regulatory agencies.

    + Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting for surveys, audits, and investigations.

    + Implement and oversee quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

    + Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and respect throughout the organization.

    + Respond promptly and effectively to concerns or complaints from residents, families, and staff.

    + Represent the facility in the community and participate in community outreach, marketing, and networking efforts.

    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications:

    + Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator License.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    + Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

    + In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations for long-term care facilities.

    + Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and interdisciplinary teams.

    + Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
