**Location:** Bessemer City, NC 28016
**Employment Type:** Full-Time – Immediate Hire
Shifts Available:
+ 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced **Forklift Operators** with both **stand-up and sit-down forklift** experience to join our team in Bessemer City, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least **6 months of recent forklift experience** in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. This role supports production by safely moving raw materials, blended products, and packaging components throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate **sit-down and stand-up forklifts** to move materials, supplies, and finished goods.
+ Read and interpret work orders to determine material requirements.
+ Stage raw materials and finished product according to lot numbers and work instructions.
+ Observe and report any unsafe conditions or mechanical issues.
+ Assist in cleaning kettles, machines, and general production areas as needed.
+ Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
+ **Minimum 6 months of recent experience** operating both **sit-down and stand-up forklifts** .
+ Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move for long periods.
+ Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
+ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
