    Personal Care Worker (Hybrid)

    As the **Personal Care Worker (Hybrid)** , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

    + Deliver hands-on personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding

    + Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

    + Support with safe transfers and use of mobility devices

    + Monitor and report changes in health or behavior

    + Follow a personalized care plan under the supervision of a registered nurse

    + Travel independently to multiple home care locations

     

    What is Required?

     

    + Certified HHA or CNA license (required)

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred

    + Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

    + Strong communication skills and a heart for caregiving

    + Ability to perform safe transfers using gait belts, hoyer lifts, and assistive devices

    + Knowledge of infection control and emergency response procedures

    + Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

     

    You will report to the **Field Supervisor** .
