    Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking a Technical Documentation and Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Documentation and Support Specialist, you will be part of the Business Services team supporting the AI Translator initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical Documentation and Support Specialist

    **Pay Range:** $43 - $47/hr on W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage communications through central service desk aliases and classify emails from customers.

    + Validate quality issues and create appropriate work items for tracking and resolution.

    + Provide tier 1 responses to customer support channels and prepare analytics on support metrics.

    + Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to curate content addressing customer inquiries.

    + Monitor industry trends and identify areas for process improvements and documentation enhancements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or similar role.

    + Proficiency in using service APIs and creating applications using .Net, Python, or Java.

    + Strong business acumen and analytical skills to understand customer and market trends.

    + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.

    + Experience in website management, technical writing, or marketing is preferred.
