Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance & Process Reliability Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance & Process Reliability Manager

**Location:** Lake Charles, Louisiana

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Lead and develop maintenance department personnel in facilities and equipment maintenance.

+ Communicate effectively across business functions and with customers to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Implement and sustain a facility-wide Total Productive Maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime.

+ Manage and optimize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for effective asset management.

+ Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to align with organizational growth objectives.

What's Needed?

+ BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

+ 5-8 years of proven experience in precision millwright scopes of work.

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Leadership or Superintendent Role.

+ Hands-on knowledge of precision alignment and maintenance instrumentation.

+ Strong working knowledge of CMMS software usage.
