    My client, a national leader in their industry, is currently recruiting for an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their growing team in the manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical financial processes while working collaboratively across departments to drive results and efficiencies.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Collect and analyze cost data to support product lines, projects, or departmental insights.

    + Partner with management and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve processes.

    + Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

    + Participate in physical inventory/count processes and monitor cycle count programs.

    + Perform trend and variance analysis on financial reporting.

    + Assist with a variety of balance sheet account reconciliations

    + Contribute to month-end close processes and preparation of financial statements.

    + Assist with other assigned areas including payroll processing, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and annual audits.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

    + Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred but not required.

    + Systems Knowledge: Exposure to ERP systems, and experience with payroll systems, is preferred.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite is required.

    + Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
