Are you a highly organized multitasker with a passion for events, media, and creative collaboration? Our client is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to support a wide range of exciting projects—from live shows and virtual events to internal planning and creative brainstorming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the production world and grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

+ Assist with show execution, internal meetings, and virtual event coordination

+ Manage schedules and update key production documents

+ Coordinate with vendors, track COIs, and onboard new partners

+ Support virtual event logistics, including tech setup and Tricaster operation (training provided)

+ Participate in internal planning meetings and creative brainstorming sessions

+ Maintain job tracking systems, production guidelines, and onboarding documents

+ Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders

+ Basic video editing (online training course funded by the company)

+ Support PowerPoint development and asset management across internal and client platforms

+ Organize travel, maintain travel grids, and coordinate equipment shipping for shows

+ Conduct research for guest speakers, talent, and new business prospects

+ Inventory and maintain production equipment and road kits

+ Curate and update music playlists for events

Qualifications:

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Willingness to learn new technology and systems

+ Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset

+ Prior experience or internship in events, media, or production is a plus but not required

Job responsibilities could be, but not limited to:

• Assist with shows/meetings/projects/virtual events

• Coordination with key vendors

• Creating and Updating Schedules & related production documents

• Internal planning meetings

• Creative sessions—brainstorming and notetaking

• Provide project updates

• Virtual Event Management

• Trained to operate internal equipment and Tricaster for Virtual Events

• Media & Asset Management on CKC Network and Client’s Site as needed

• Entry level video editing--Take on-line editing course (CKC will fund)

• Possible PPT development

• Create and keep up-to-date procedures (i.e. Producer Guidelines, CKC Vendor Filing, Job Onboarding, etc.)

• Maintain Jobs-in-Progress Doc/New Jobs

• Vendor COI Tracking & Onboard new vendors & Background Checks

• Create & update show books and badges

• Book travel & Maintain travel grids

• Create and update contact sheet

• Coordinate shipping of equipment for shows

• Maintain road units, conduct equipment checks and inventory

• Internet research and compile findings (guest speakers, performance acts, new business)

• Maintain and update music playlist
