    Description

    A midsize, full-service law firm in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This firm is known for its collaborative and stable work environment and offers competitive salaries along with excellent long-term benefits.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, complaints, and demand letters;

    + Managing e-discovery with vendors, including the collection, review, and production of electronic documents;

    + Conducting legal research and case investigation, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing relevant documents;

    + Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court officials, and other parties;

    + Organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case materials, legal documents, medical records, and discovery materials;

    + Preparing for trial, pretrial hearings, and motion submissions.

    Salary and Benefits:

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000. Benefits include eligibility for holiday and year-end merit bonuses. Benefits include: Medical Dental, and Vision insurance; 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing contributions; 3+ weeks of paid time off and 10 paid holidays per year; Life and disability insurance; Family leave and milestone benefits.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of four years relevant experience (ideally 7-8 years preferred);

    + Proficiency in e-discovery processes and related tools;

    + Strong knowledge of document drafting, legal research, and trial preparation;

    + Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail;

    + Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
