    Are you passionate about science and ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, innovative lab environment? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Laboratory Assistant** to join the Research & Development Analytical Team for one of our top clients in Greensboro, NC.

     

    This is an exciting opportunity to grow your lab skills, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside a diverse team of scientists dedicated to advancing cutting-edge solutions.

     

    • **What You’ll Do:**

    • Deliver accurate data and results independently, meeting established deadlines.

    • Use systems such as StarLims, LINK, MatRef, and Microsoft Office to support lab operations.

    • Act as the PIC (Person-in-Charge) for designated lab instruments to ensure compliance and documentation.

    • Track, schedule, and document equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.

    • Maintain GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) compliance in all lab testing and documentation.

    • Manage infrastructure in assigned lab spaces and contribute to process improvements.

    • Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic team environment while managing your own workload.

    • **What We’re Looking For:**

    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (open to BA or BS) strongly preferred – Associate degree with lab experience also considered.

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent recordkeeping skills.

    • Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and troubleshoot lab equipment.

    • Familiarity with lab safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab systems (experience with StarLims or similar software is a plus).

    • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

    • Professional experience in a laboratory is a plus but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
