Job Title: Construction Technician for Mobile Offices
Job Description
We are seeking motivated candidates to perform basic construction work on mobile offices. Ideal candidates should have experience using hand tools and power tools, be proficient in reading and using a tape measure, and be comfortable working outdoors. We offer training for individuals with a positive attitude and these fundamental skills.
Responsibilities
+ Perform basic labor tasks during the initial week, including cleaning areas and assisting drivers in the yard as a 'Spotter'.
+ Engage in various tasks as a technician, such as cleaning, putting together cabinets, stripping floors, and other installations.
+ Follow directions and complete daily assigned tasks.
+ Work primarily outdoors in the yard environment.
+ Adhere to the shift schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential extended hours as required.
Essential Skills
+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read and use a tape measure.
+ Mechanical aptitude and carpentry/general repair skills.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Effective communication skills.
+ Willingness to clean, repair, and perform various tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2 years of experience in construction or carpentry-related positions.
+ Experience as a handyman, carpenter, or in residential construction.
+ Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
