    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will work on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities on Saturdays. You will collaborate with a team to prepare and assemble materials for the construction industry. We seek team players who are flexible and willing to take on various positions. Your role will include operating hand and power tools, as well as machinery, to cut and prepare steel for assembly.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the preparation and assembly of construction materials.

    + Operate hand and power tools and machinery to cut and prepare steel.

    + Perform tack welding on mild steel.

    + Lift up to 60lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

    + Work in extreme heat and engage in heavy lifting.

    + Operate punch press and sheer press machines.

    + Participate in general production tasks, including roofing, assembly, and material handling.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and general labor.

    + Proficiency in operating cutting and bending machines.

    + Ability to perform tack welding and MIG welding.

    + Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $28.50/hr.
