What You'll Be Doing

+ Helping around the aggregates plant with cleaning up, greasing and light maintenance tasks.

+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Support the team in various tasks to maintain efficient operations.

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

+ Competency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Adaptability to changing work conditions and tasks.

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
