Summary of Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst witha focus on strong business acumen for D2P & Microsoft CRM Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications aligned with the Microsoft Platform. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types, along with the ability to create visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

+ D2P Core E2E Business Process Functionality

+ D2P Tape Out Process Knowledge

+ D2P Swift / OneTRF Process Knowledge

+ D2P MPW, Atlas Configurator, & Proprietary Processes

+ D2P Integrations and/or 3rd party applications

+ Create Visualizations, Capture Requirements, Propose Designs/Solutions to better understand and communicate insights.

+ DEVops experience with Epics, Features, & User Stories a plus

+ Experience with Agile Framework, Sprints, & Value Planning a plus

+ Perform functional testing within CRM modules, Project Operations, and Portals (Customer/Supplier).

+ Own Functional Design Document (FDD)

+ Perform showcases and/or demos of the expected product ahead of UAT cycles

+ Guide UAT cycles with adherence to core KPIs and business metrics.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or arelated field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus onMicrosoft Dynamics 365.• Proven experience in product management, analyzing business requirements,and translating them into functional specifications.

Expected Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $162,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
