    Job Title: Associate Agency Director  Status: Full-time; Non-exempt  Compensation Range: $68,000-$75,000 DOE  Position Summary:  The Associate Agency Director plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of Griswold Care’s services across the Twin Cities region. This role holds direct oversight of client services and operational functions associated with the St. Louis Park office, while also collaborating closely with the Agency Director to ensure effective management, quality assurance, and continuity of care across.    Key Responsibilities:    Business and Client Management  * Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure tailored, high-quality support.  * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families, fostering clear communication and responsive service.  * Provide scheduling support as needed to ensure consistent and timely service delivery.  * Coordinate care updates and monitor service quality to maintain alignment with client goals and expectations.  * Maintain accurate and timely documentation for VA, long-term care (LTC), and private-pay clients in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.  * Collaborate with RN/LPN staff to ensure appropriate clinical oversight and continuity of care.    Quality Assurance and Compliance  * Ensure timely and accurate documentation in client and caregiver records.  * Adhere to internal policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.  * Support audit preparation and quality improvement efforts.  * Contribute to the design and implementation of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives that drive service excellence.  * Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.  * Support client satisfaction and retention efforts, including participation in quality assurance visits across the Greater Twin Cities region.  * Assist with the execution of client assessments, development of individualized care plans, and periodic reassessments to ensure continued alignment with client needs.    Financial Management  * Assist in overseeing the agency’s budget, financial planning, and day-to-day fiscal operations to ensure accountability and alignment with strategic goals.  * Collaborate with the Agency Director to support timely and accurate billing, payroll processing, and financial reporting.    Team & Operational Support  * Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth and effective transition into the organization.  * Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of staff training and development programs to build capacity and promote continuous learning.    Operations Management  * Assist in the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of Griswold’s daily operations.  * Develop, refine, and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance organizational performance.  * Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with agency standards and goals.  * Serve as a liaison with community partners, external agencies, and service networks to foster collaboration and resource integration.    Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work) strongly preferred.  * Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health, social services, or a related human services field.  * At least 2 years of leadership or management experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.  * Experience working with clinical staff and/or coordinating staffing operations is highly desired.  * Proven experience in budgeting, program development, and strategic planning within a healthcare or service delivery setting.  * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  * Proficient in computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.  * Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities essential for success in this role.    Benefits:  Eligible employees may receive the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility:  * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick and Safety Leave  * Company-observed holidays  * Health insurance and other voluntary benefits  * Leave of absence options, including family, medical, pregnancy, school conference, and military leave  * Workers' compensation insurance  * Access to training and development opportunities  * Eligibility for COBRA continuation of health benefits (if applicable)    Additional Considerations:  * Professional attire is required when visiting clients.  * Must wear an employee ID badge during assessments and meetings.
