We’re excited to bring Emmy Squared Pizza to Short Pump — and we’re on the lookout for talented Bartenders to join our opening team!

Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.

At Emmy Squared Pizza, we craft more than cocktails — we create moments. As a Bartender, you’ll bring the energy behind the bar, deliver top-notch drinks and service, and help shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

+ Mix and serve drinks with speed, skill, and consistency

+ Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service

+ Manage your bar top and support service bar orders

+ Keep the bar clean, stocked, and prepped for peak shifts

+ Maintain a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere from open to close

What You Bring:

+ Great energy and a guest-first mindset

+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, full-service setting

+ Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine

+ Previous bartending experience preferred

+ TIPS or equivalent alcohol safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
