Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
+ Performs professional assignments and tasks in the administration of the V2X 401k Retirement Plan for eligible employees globally. Assists with all aspects of the 401(k) plan in compliance with the Summary Plan Document and applicable laws, including: 5500’s, auditing, discrimination testing, funding, corrections, forfeitures, enrollments, withdrawals, hardships, loans, rollovers, contribution changes, troubleshooting and communication regarding the 401k plan and researching and auditing of participant elections. Serves as point of contact for additional retirement plans within the organization such as any other pension or 401(k) plans not sponsored by V2X. Conducts Service Contract Act (SCA) Health and Welfare (H&W) hourly fringe offset and reconciliation. Perform regular audits with Businessolver and UKG (and other utilized systems to include vendor file feeds) to ensure accurate configuration, accurate deductions, and ongoing support. Collaborates with team to constantly identify areas of process or system improvement offering thoughtful experience-based input. Serves as back-up for multiple additional benefit team members in different capacities.
Key Responsibilites:
+ Supports the 401(k) process including funding files, eligibility files, & error reconciliation.
+ Supports other Retirement plans as needed such as international Pension plans and any union Retirement plans as required.
+ Support Health Savings Account funding and questions.
+ Monitors and maintains all benefit system file feeds and works with appropriate vendors and/or functional areas for updates and/or corrections as needed. This includes creating and maintaining processes and procedures as well as training documents.
+ Responsible for benefits data requests including reporting from benefits systems (or UKG) and providing analysis as requested by team members, vendors and/or other functional areas including labor relations and finance.
+ Performs regular audits of benefit deductions/earnings as it pertains to system integrations and accuracy of system set-up and reports issues while resolving – to include payroll systems (ADP & UKG), benefit systems and individual vendors.
+ Supports all other benefit team members in different capacities such as, but not limited to, monitoring and responding to inquiries from employees, updating records (such as benefit time) and Collective Bargaining Agreements/SCA requirement management
+ Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.
+ Identify gaps in interfaces, reporting or other critical areas and pursue changes.
+ Provide support and guidance to employees with troubleshooting, enrollment assistance, payroll deduction inquiries, etc.
+ Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education / Certifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted, if degree is required.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum four (4) years of experience administering employee benefit plans in the health and welfare area or payroll experience.
+ Minimum of two (2) years experience with HR systems administration-related tasks and/or maintenance.
+ Familiarity with ERISA, IRS rules regarding 401 plans, USERRA and related state and federal regulations required.
+ Familiarity with employee populations to include SCA and Collectively Bargained groups preferred

+ Business/HR Acumen:
+ Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
+ Possesses working knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
+ Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
+ Business Partner/Effective Communicator:
+ Excellent communicator, superior verbal and written skills.
+ Skilled at multi-tasking and driving multiple projects.
+ Proficient at managing time. Remain flexible to shifting priorities. May work under time pressures.

+ The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
+ USD $ 60,000 - 95,000
+ Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
