    Position Overview:

    We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, client coordination, and most importantly — permitting and regulatory compliance. This role is key to keeping our projects on track and our customers satisfied.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local municipalities

    + Communicate with permitting offices and follow up on application status

    + Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance records

    + Support the team with customer communication, scheduling, and documentation

    + Manage office tasks such as invoicing, supply orders, and file organization

    + Coordinate subcontractor paperwork, insurance certificates, and licenses

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of administrative experience in the home improvement or construction industry

    + Strong knowledge of local permitting processes and building department requirements

    + Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar a plus)

    + High attention to detail and ability to work independently

    + Experience interacting with clients, vendors, and local authorities
