About the People Team
Our People team is dedicated to fostering a culture of belonging, growth, and excellence. We collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring every associate feels supported and empowered. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, influencing both day-to-day activities and long-term initiatives that drive Walmart’s mission and values.
What You’ll Do
+ Partner with business leaders to execute people and business strategies.
+ Manage HR functions including compliance, employee relations, and professional development.
+ Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
+ Support talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience.
+ Mentor and guide associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team.
What You’ll Bring
+ Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
+ Strong knowledge HR best practices.
+ Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
+ Experience with change management and employee relations.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
