In this role, you'll actively engage with new and existing customers to drive fiber adoption, increase revenue through upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.     + Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting

    + Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend

    + Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer

    + Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager

    + Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers

    + Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other

    + Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services

    + Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    + Preferred MBA

     

    Relevant Work Experience: (https://recruiting.adp.com/smicro/ui/adprm/#GeneralWorkExp)

     

    + 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environment

    + Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferred

    + Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills
