What You'll Do:

+ **Lead and Inspire:**  Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals

+ **Lead Global:** Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development.

+ **Develop Strategies:**  Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance.

+ **Collaborate:**  Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software.

+ **Innovate:**  Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency.

+ **Report:**  Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency.

**Who You Are:**  You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement. You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

For This Role, You Will Need:

+ **Education:**  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

+ **Experience:**  Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience

+ **Skills:**  Strong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies.

+ **Tools:**  Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks.

+ Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

+ Experience with Agile development practices.

+ Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance.

+ Experience leading an embedded product development team
