Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of Resideo businesses. You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play an important role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support Resideo business leaders and support to drive finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.

JOB DUTIES:

+ Perform analysis, with focus on Sales & Gross Margin analysis

+ Business Partnership, Supporting Sales & Executive Leadership

+ Consolidate Actuals, Outlook

+ Manage P&L ownership

+ Drive forecasts

+ M&A due diligence

+ Develop financial models

+ Product Line Cost Analytics

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ 10+ years of relevant experience within financial reporting, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related field

+ Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

+ Ability to prioritize learning and understanding of the business in order to effectively support forecasting and reporting of financial and operational results

+ Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with proven working knowledge/experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling

+ Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills with ability to communicate key themes to senior leadership

WE VALUE:

+ Some FP&A, P&L experience within a business

+ Strong technical knowledge of finance systems

+ Proven delivery on complex situations

+ Self-motivated, support business initiatives

+ Excellent communication and influencing skills

+ Convey information with clarify and directness

+ Experience with PowerBI or similar software
