About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Monroe, NC. This hands-on role supports warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the accurate handling, documentation, and dispatch of materials-both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing materials safely and efficiently

* Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments

* Verify shipment counts and dispatch materials for secondary operations

* Update and maintain data in our ERP system (SAP)

* Prepare documentation and assist in logistics coordination

* Support receiving, storage, and distribution processes

Required Qualifications

* Computer savvy with ability to learn new systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

* Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping regulations

* Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving

* Commitment to safety and understanding of safe work practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Forklift certification or hands-on experience operating a forklift

* Experience with cycle counting and inventory management

* Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slip documentation
