    On Behalf of Robert Half's client we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Lead to join their team in Saint Charles, Illinois. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication with customers, managing orders, and coordinating between different departments.     Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain clear communication with customers

    • Managing vendor and customer quotes.

    • Oversee the entry and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

    • Purchase orders

    • Act as a central point of coordination between distribution, shipping, and manufacturing to streamline operations.

    • Oversee 1 CSR rep

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on call center or supervisory roles.

     

    • Strong ability to manage and oversee vendor relationships.

    • Proficiency in handling purchase orders and order entry processes.

    • Familiarity with inventory tracking and stock management.

    • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple departments.

    • Demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service.
