    Things You’ll Do

     

    + Prepare and manage bids, estimates, budgets, and project resources.

    + Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

    + Mentor and train interns, engineers, and field staff.

    + Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

    + Conduct detailed project planning, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts.

    + Analyze risks, recommend cost-effective solutions, and negotiate contracts.

    + Monitor and resolve construction issues while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

    + Utilize software tools such as HCSS, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite to track costs, schedules, and reports.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 3–5+ years of progressive experience in estimating and managing projects.

    + Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills.

    + Proficiency with construction processes, financial analysis, and scheduling software.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform ongoing physical tasks.
