Description
We are looking for a Manager of Online Display Advertising, who will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective display advertising strategies, for the assigned retailer account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities:
+ Create comprehensive on-site Display and Online Video advertising campaign plans for multiple ELC brands.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall brand objectives.
+ Ensure that advertising assets are adapted appropriately for various campaigns and platforms.
+ Ensure targeting and assortment supported through media align to campaign and business strategies.
+ Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful and visually compelling assets.
+ Execute display advertising campaigns, and monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize effectiveness.
+ Generate regular reports on the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Collaborate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
+ In partnership with the Executive Director, manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to financial targets.
+ Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in online display advertising.
+ Implement innovative and cutting-edge strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience in online display advertising, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or CPG industry.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Display & Video 360, AdRoll)
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
+ Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaign development.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful display and video advertising campaigns for top Retailers.
+ Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, video advertising, and campaign optimization techniques.
+ Excellent project management and communication skills.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
