    Qualifications and Skills:

    + Hold a valid Crane Operator Certification

    + Possess a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat "H" endorsement

    + Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience in an oilfield or heavy industrial setting

    + At least 25 years of age

    + Clean driving record: No major violations on MVR or PSP in the past 5 years

    + Must pass a DOT drug test

    + Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)

    Job Duties:

    + Operate mobile or truck-mounted cranes to lift, move, position, and place equipment or materials

    + Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of crane equipment to ensure safety and compliance

    + Work closely with riggers and ground crew to execute lifts safely and efficiently

    + Monitor load indicators, boom angles, and crane capacity to prevent overloading

    + Transport crane to various job sites as needed and assist with setup/tear-down procedures

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including job tickets and inspection reports

    + Follow all DOT and OSHA regulations and company safety procedures

    + Maintain professionalism and communication with dispatch and field teams
