Supervisor | Facilities Maintenance

General Description:

Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the company's physical facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory compliance, coordination with suppliers, and supervision of technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate general maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

+ Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

+ Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or improvement needs.

+ Coordinate and oversee work performed by external contractors and suppliers.

+ Manage inventory of materials, tools, and necessary equipment.

+ Ensure compliance with health, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

+ Control the budget allocated to the area and report expenses.

+ Address and follow up on incident reports related to facilities.

+ Document work orders, completed maintenance, and activities performed.

+ Support the planning of improvement or remodeling projects for physical spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or licensed Refrigeration Technician.

+ Minimum of3 yearsof experience in maintenance supervision or facility management.

+ Knowledge ofcommercial HVAC systems, plumbing, electricity, and contractor management.

+ Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Experience managing budgets and maintenance programs.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

+ Valid driver's license.
